  4. Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and software included in 
  5. the PFrank Setup package is copyrighted by Peter Frankenberger.

  7. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement 
  8. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Peter Frankenberger for the 
  9. PFrank software product identified above, which may include associated 
  10. software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic 
  11. documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, 
  12. you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the 
  13. terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
